Some of you may know that I'm having quite a number of commitments now (which is good) , yes , one of my part-time job is telemarketing !
It's kinda fun calling people , representing Great Eastern , step professional and all . It's all pretty cool .
This lobang actually came from Caspia lah so credits ! ♥

The first few times were pretty exciting/nervous , I couldnt speak well and sorts but I got a hang of it after awhile .
I made many errors on the way , :x !

Today I found out why I couldnt get much appointments .

Here are some scenarios .

*toot toot*
Victim: "Hello?"
DD: "Good evening! Is this ____ ?"
Victim: "Yes speaking."
DD: *grabs script* "This is Zoe calling from Great Eastern , it is convenient for you to talk right now?"
Victim: "Yes , what is this about?"
DD: "Er.our company is currently launching a new3yearsinglepremiumsavingplan . Yah , it's a 100% capital.."
Victim: "I'm sorry , what nuclear plan?"
DD: *OMGOMGOMG WTFWTF !!* "Er, *laughs into the phone(not hysterically)* , I'm sorry."
Victim: "Slow down.."

Then I repeated clearly(I suppose) , and the person still reject .
Thank God she's a nice lady ! :D
I was staring at the wall laughing ! I felt super retarded because I couldnt laugh loudly and I really tried to suppress my laughter but the thing is , the more I tried to hold it back , the more I needed to LMAO .
Idk why ! WHY I WANT TO LAUGH !! WHY !!!!!!!
Anw , I took a deeeeeeep breath and moved on to my next victim . (Victim cause no one likes answering such calls, except for some)

*toot toot*
Victim: *answers*
DD: "GOOD EVENING!"
Victim: "HARLOHH!!?" (Teh voice)
DD: "AHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!" *OMGOMG , howhowhow ! I'm SOOOO NOT SUPPOSE TO LAUGH !*
DD: *Deep breath* , "Erm... Hello?"
*tooooooooot*

Victim: "Hello?"
DD: "Erm good evening , is this ___?"
Victim: "Yes."
DD: "Er this is Zoe calling from Great Eastern, are you convenient to talk right now?"
Victim: "Yes."
DD: "Er actually you have an Eldershield plan with us so I'm calling to inform you about our new 3 year premium saving plan .."
Victim: "Er , 你会不会讲华文?"
DD: "会." *paused* "Our plan actually has a...(states summarised & attractive details of the plan)
Victim: "I think I dunt want lah byebye."
DD: "Thank you very much for your time, goodbye."

Ass !! I lost another person , but at that moment I really forgot how to say a lot of chinese words .
Just after I hang up Caspia rushed in and said that she forgotten to brief me about chinese speaking people . (I dunt know anything ! I only know that I LOVE YOU ! ♥)

There're still more but like they just kup the phone , some just dunt understand me , some is the wives sounds concern(I like) and stuff like that .
Surprisingly , I'm not really affected when they kup my phone !

That's about it ! and BUMPED into MTF and sent her home , xoxo .

Stupid probation , I have to rearrange my schedule ALL OVER AGAIN !
Reporting made me miss church and prayer meeting ..
(But in the first place I shudnt have made myself get this)

OHNO ! Behind schedule , I need hurry do quiet time .
