hello .

these few days i had not been feeling that well , physically , emotionally , mentally & spiritually .
nevertheless i made it to church & met simin meii as well .
the sermon was great ! it was about marriage .

how loving couples can become a victim of an affair , what are the need of MAN & WOMAN , how to substain a marriage & sorts .

when a man or woman in a marriage doesnt meet up to their partner's need , their partner might get deprived of their needs so much that they unknowingly find their needs in others , & slowly develop feelings for the 3rd party . & before they know it , they're in an affair & in some case the guy/girl just dunno who to choose because he/she just cant let go of either one as they're deeply in love with both side .

today ,

okay lorh , eat too much , too fat .
then i go eat low-hei , at sushi tel ! OISHII-DES !
then , go play badminton , not feeling well .
eventually , i felt depressed , for no apparent reason or i just felt like the entire world outcasted me , everyone hated me , i felt as if i was cast away even it wasnt exactly physically outcast .
